Products ordered from KIKIMONO shop can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
You may cancel your entire order or part of it by notifying us of your intention to cancel. You can do this by emailing us at contact@shopkikimono.com. For canceled orders we will refund you in full, including any delivery charge. If you wish to return only part of the order, we will refund the cost of returned item. In any case, you will be responsible for the cost of returning your order to KIKIMONO (including duty fees).
All items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused with swing tags attached and, if possible, in the original packaging. In the event of a violation of this rule (e.g. the product has been used and has signs of wear, washing, damage or intensive smell), the consumer will be charged a cost, being the amount of the reduced value of the goods, up to the total price of returned goods. This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items.
Be sure to obtain proof of postage or receipt when returning items. We cannot be held responsible for items that fail to reach us. We will withhold the return payment until the return shipment has reached us.
Please make sure to provide us with the correct shipping address. If the delivery address provided turns out to be wrong, we will resend the parcel. However, in such a case we will have to charge you the cost of re-shipping to the correct address.
Once we have approved the return shipment, you will receive an e-mail with confirmation that the invoice amount will be credited to your account in the next few days (no later than 14 days after receiving the return parcel). You will receive this amount by the same method with which you paid for your purchase.
How to return - step by step:
- Please let us know at contact@shopkikimono.com, that you would like to cancel the order.
- Than please fill out the RETURN FORM or COMPLAINT FORM.
- Place the return form with the item you want to return in the box or shipping envelope.
- You can return the parcel by any courier of your choice. Please send it to the address:

- Make sure to keep the postage receipt safe until you have received confirmation that your return shipment has arrived with us. This receipt confirms the date of return shipment and also provides the receipt number for tracking purposes.
