Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania Luxembourg, Netherlands, Monaco, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden: 12 Euro
